Option 01

Built Into Every Renovation Project

Carpentry isn't a standalone service we offer separately; it's part of nearly every project we take on, from a kitchen island built to match existing cabinetry to the framing behind a new home addition.

Built Into Every Renovation Project

Whether the project involves finishing a basement, adding new space to the home, or changing a kitchen's layout, quality carpentry provides the foundation for everything that follows. Our carpenters take care of the full range of woodwork, from structural framing and rough carpentry to finish trim, built-ins, and custom millwork. The goal is to make sure the work behind the walls is just as dependable and carefully executed as the finished details you see.

Structural Framing

Structural framing establishes the load-bearing structure for any addition, new construction, or major layout change. It has to be done correctly the first time because it can be difficult and expensive to correct after drywall goes up.

Framing for additions and new home builds

For home additions and new construction projects, our carpenters take care of the structural framework, including walls, floor systems, and roof framing. We build each component with proper load distribution and applicable building codes in mind. The framing work is also scheduled alongside the rest of the project so required inspections can be completed and approved before construction moves forward.

Foundation & Concrete Work

A stable foundation is the starting point for any addition or new structure, and we maintain direct oversight throughout this phase of the project.

Included as part of new home and garage construction

Foundation and concrete work, excavation, footings, and concrete pouring are included as part of our new home and garage construction projects. We manage this phase directly to ensure the foundation is built to support the structure above it for the long term, coordinating timing with framing so the project moves forward without unnecessary delays.
