Site Safety & Cleanliness

A well-managed construction site should stay safe, clean, and organized throughout the project. Scheibe Construction follows clear jobsite safety.

practices and keeps work areas orderly on every job, helping protect our crews, subcontractors, and your home and property while construction is underway.

Option 01

Code & Safety Compliance

Always following codes and ethics

Safety compliance begins with consistently following the building and safety codes that apply to every project. We expect the same level of adherence from our crews and subcontractors, making code compliance a standard part of the work rather than something addressed only when an inspector arrives.

Jobsite Safety Practices

We follow applicable OSHA construction safety requirements, use appropriate equipment, and address identified hazards to help protect crews and subcontractors.

Each site maintained clean to a reasonable degree based on project stage

Construction site cleanliness looks different at different stages of a project; a demolition phase generates more debris than a finish carpentry phase, and we manage cleanliness appropriately based on where the project stands. Materials are organized, debris is cleared regularly, and walkways are kept clear. We coordinate access to work areas and communicate restrictions when parts of the property remain occupied during construction.
