White Glove Standards
Our white glove construction standards mean regular inspections happen throughout the project, not only at the final walkthrough. As work is completed at each phase (framing, rough-in, finish work), we verify it against the project plan and identify issues early and coordinate corrections before related work proceeds.
Quality Control and Workmanship Standards
As a quality control contractor, we expect every subcontractor to meet the same level of workmanship required of our own crews. Before a phase is marked complete, we check the work against applicable code requirements as well as our project standards. Work that falls short is addressed with the responsible crew, with corrections checked before the affected phase is approved as complete. The focus is on delivering a finished space that's built to handle everyday use, not simply one that appears complete at the final handoff.

How long does a typical remodeling project take?
Kitchens, to order, build, and delivery of cabinets takes around 2 months. Demo of old and installation of new take around another month. around 3 months from when the contract is signed.
